University of Prishtina Law Faculty, LLB (anticipated 2026)
Ema Guda joined Sejdiu & Qerkini law firm in July 2024 through the firm’s Summer Associate Program and as of October of the same year, she was promoted to the position of Legal Assistant.
Ms. Guda is an outstanding student currently pursuing her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina, with an expected graduation in 2026.
She represented the Faculty of Law and Kosova in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, competing in Washington, D.C., against some of the most renowned international universities and was recognized as one of the top 20 oralists during the European Friendlies phase.
In addition, Ms. Guda has gained extensive professional and academic experience, including
participation in training sessions and conferences organized by institutions such as the OSCE, Model UN, and USAID.
Beyond her academic commitments, Ms. Guda has developed exceptional skills in legal
research, legal writing, memorandum preparation and public speaking.
Ms.Guda is fluent in both Albanian and English.
