Ema Guda joined Sejdiu & Qerkini Law Firm in July 2024 through the firm’s Summer Associate Program, and in October of the same year was promoted to the position of Legal Assistant. In June 2026, she advanced to the position of Associate.
Ms. Guda graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina in 2026, achieving a final grade of 10.0.
During her studies, Ms. Guda represented the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina and Kosovo in several prestigious international moot court competitions. She participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, competing in Washington, D.C., against teams from renowned universities worldwide. During the European Friendlies phase of the competition, she was recognized as one of the top 20 oralists.
In 2026, Ms. Guda was also a member of the University of Prishtina team participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, further developing her experience in international commercial law, arbitration, legal advocacy, and written and oral argumentation.
In addition, Ms. Guda has gained extensive professional and academic experience through participation in training sessions, conferences, and other programs organized by institutions and organizations such as the OSCE, Model UN, and USAID.
Through her academic and professional engagements, Ms. Guda has developed strong skills in legal research, legal writing, memorandum preparation, case analysis, and public speaking.
Ms. Guda is fluent in Albanian and English.
