    EDUCATION

    PROFILE

    Lea Meraku joined Sejdiu & Qerkini law firm in 2022, as a legal intern.

    Ms. Meraku has international academic experience.  After completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma in Switzerland, she continued her studies at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. In this University, she completed two years of study in Law (LLB), achieving First Class Honours. In 2020, she resumed her studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina, where currently she is a student.

    Ms. Meraku has gained experience in both the professional and academic field, including participation in trainings and conferences held by organizations such as the European Union, OSCE, Council of Europe, as well as various universities. In 2021, her academic paper on the Roman law of sale was published in the University of Edinburgh Student Law Review.

    Furthermore, since 2022 she has been engaged as an Administrative Coordinator at the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina, and she continues to be part of various projects within and outside the University.

    In addition to Albanian, she also speaks English.
