Miranda Haxhiu is a lawyer, and has been practicing law as part of “Sejdiu&Qerkini” L.L.C. since 2020.
Mrs. Haxhiu has a broad range of experience and knowledge in the academic, legal and managerial fields. She has completed many professional trainings, including the ABA-ROLI training on Legal Ethics for Lawyers, and was a team member of the International Competition on Commercial Arbitration held in Warsaw, Poland. She has taken part in numerous conferences and presentations at the University of Luxembourg and has performed a complex corporate fiscal planning task in a cooperation, jointly with a major consulting company.
After completing her Master’s Degree, she was a lecturer at the University of Staffordshire in Prishtina, lecturing on various modules within the field of commercial law. From 2016, she worked at the UBT College as a lecturer, lawyer, as well as a Manager of Human Resources.
In addition to her professional work, Mrs. Haxhiu continued her academic career as a Lecturer of Financial Law and took part in yearly conferences organized by UBT College. Mrs. Haxhiu was also involved in the mobility of academic staff at the University of Nova de Lisboa, in addition to various other academic and professional activities.
In addition to Albanian, Mrs. Haxhiu also speaks English, French and Spanish fluently.
